Our vintage correct recreation of the 1946 Gibsonsingle-coil with all of the sparkle and growl that makes a P90 neck pickup sospecial.

The dual alnico 5 bar magnets, and the short, wide bobbinsgive the P90 its unique tonal character with a powerful midrange and higheroutput than most other types of single coils. In the neck position, this pickupsounds sweet and smooth, and will deliver big fat sounding chords. This pickupis a drop-in replacement for any traditional Gibson-sized P90 soapbar. Pairwith our Vintage P90 bridge for a perfectly matched set, or combine with eitheror our Hot P90 or Custom P90bridge pickups for a more versatile, aggressivesetup. Our Vintage P90 is wound with plain enamel wire, and we add extra mojoby winding them on the same Leesona winder that was used in the 1950s in the oldGibson factory. Comes with vintage braided single-conductor hookup cable and iswax potted for squeal free performance.
